Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, in the lightweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ooooh, nice body kick lands from McNamara. London shrugs it off though.

McNamara closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - McNamara lands in his opponent's guard.

London had isolated an arm as going for an omaplata. McNamara is defending the submission well but is in a very vulnerable position. London Is leaning forward trying to finish the omaplata but decides to abandon it, and take McNamara's back instead.
McNamara knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for London on the ground.

McNamara shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in London's guard.

A big thud reverberates around the arena there as McNamara accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.

The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.
London misses with an attempted mid kick.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Connor McNamara dominated that second round.
The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!


McNamara tries to clinch but London is having none of it.
McNamara looks for a takedown but London sprawls well.
London shoots for a double leg takedown but McNamara sprawls well. He's pushed London's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
McNamara throws a series of strikes that have London backpedaling.

McNamara moves into range and clinches up with London.

London works for the underhooks and manages to get a trip takedown into guard.

Poor strikes thrown by McNamara there. More accuracy and less frantic strikes would help!

London working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. McNamara doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Oh but London is tightening it up a little... McNamara has to be careful here... He's got his foot tucked under now, this looks tight! McNamara reacted too slowly and this one could be over in a matter of seconds! YES! McNamara taps out! nice BJJ there by London!
