Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Hans Gruber (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Deive Pazos (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Deive Pazos has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A left lands for Gruber.

Gruber pushes Pazos back against the cage and unloads with a body punch.

It looks like Deive Pazos has been cut.
We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup.

Pazos is pulling down on Gruber's head. It's preventing any offense from Gruber, at least for the moment.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Gruber wants to control from the top but Pazos keeps moving.

There's a bit of a scramble here and now Pazos is on top in guard.

Pazos seems to be looking for submissions.

Pazos is fighting off a takedown attempt but Gruber is just too persistent for him and manages to trip Pazos to the mat. Pazos regains guard as soon as the fighters hit the mat.
