Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Genaro Lucas (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Igor Koroviev (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I can't wait for this one - let's get the fighter introductions out of the way and get this one started!

The judges for this bout are Fedor Mirinova, Sergei Dronov and Dmitry Maklakov.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lucas shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Koroviev as he avoids it easily.
Lucas tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.

Lucas is looking to take a break and control but Koroviev is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.

Lucas is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though.

Koroviev thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Lucas's head.

The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action.

Koroviev seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Lucas does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.

That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.
Lucas closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Koroviev to the mat! Koroviev manages to get full guard.
Lucas has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player.

Lucas is staying active underneath Koroviev, who seems content to just control the action from this position.

Koroviev maintaining the dominant position here and is working for a kimura. He's locked it up! Lucas could be in real trouble here! He's trying to wriggle out but Koroviev has cracked it and Lucas is screaming in pain - he's tapped out! Great finish by Koroviev!
