Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Mathias Alm!
The judges for this bout are Gregory Folan, Elvis Blanc and Trevor Gratis.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ftyren throws a right and a left that Alm avoids nicely.

Ftyren takes the fight into the clinch.
Alm lands a nice elbow from the clinch.
A short right from Alm on the inside.
Alm creates a bit of space for himself and sneaks an elbow through Ftyren's defenses.

It looks like Taprishi Ftyren has been cut.
An uppercut on the inside fails to land for Ftyren.

Alm lands a vicious elbow to the side of Ftyren's head that scrambles his senses and sends him wobbling down to the canvas! Alm tries to finish him with strikes but Ftyren still seems able to defend himself so Alm steps back and lets Ftyren get back to his feet - he wants no part of the ground game.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Alm dodges the punch combination from Ftyren.
Oh Ftyren is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Alm throws a poor cross that misses
and Ftyren counters with a three punch combo that has Alm backing up. Alm nods at Ftyren to acknowledge the strikes.
Alm measures up his opponent and throws a superman punch that connects to the jaw! Down goes Ftyren! The ref steps in, and that's the ball game folks!

After winning the bout, Mathias Alm thanked all his fans and promised he'd do even better in his next fight. The crowd seemed to love his humility.
