Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Reinaldo Vaughn (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Todor JJ (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
JJ lands a nice looking body shot.
Vaughn throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped

and JJ counters by clinching up.
Vaughn wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but JJ has him pressed against the cage.

JJ turns his back and goes for a hip toss. It's a bit messy but it gets the job done and JJ manages to end up in side control.
The referee wants the fighters to be more active or he's going to reset them on the feet.
Vaughn is not content to let JJ control the position.
Vaughn looking for a sweep but JJ has passed into full mount! Oh no!
JJ lands a shot to the body, followed up by a shot to the exposed head of his trapped opponent.
Vaughn tries to improve his position but instead JJ has taken his back!
Vaughn rolls, trying to escape but JJ keeps control of the position.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

What can Vaughn do to escape this position? He's going to have to figure it out pretty quick if he wants to stay in the fight!
