Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Donny Aguirre!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Camron Woodson!
The judges for this bout are Yukihiro Yamamoto, Taro Takaoka and Sosuke Kotani.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Woodson dives in and scores a takedown into Aguirre's guard.

Woodson postures up as if he's going to throw some strikes but drops back for an ankle! Aguirre is in big trouble! He looks ready to tap! But no, he's escaped and dives on top of Woodson, into his guard.

Woodson looks to be working for a triangle here. Oh, it looks like he might have it! Aguirre has picked Woodson up and slammed him! Woodson can't keep hold of the triangle and Aguirre manages to pass to side control!

Aguirre is looking for the choke from the back position but Woodson is controlling his hands well.

Woodson really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Aguirre. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

That was a close round but I would say that Donny Aguirre will probably get the nod.

Woodson shoots in and drives through. Aguirre sprawls well.
Woodson wants to clinch but Aguirre slips to the side
and Aguirre counters with a three punch combination, finished off with a leg kick. Nice work.

Aguirre tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Woodson manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.

Woodson drops back, looking for a kneebar! Aguirre looks panicked! The fighters roll across the mat, one looking to finish, one looking to escape. Aguirre looks to have wriggled free... Yes, he's got his leg free and he's dived into side control! Good work there from Aguirre!
Woodson takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired.
Woodson is looking to reverse the position.
Woodson keeps trying to improve his position.

I would just about give that final round to Camron Woodson.
I think Woodson has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
