The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

York moves into the clinch.
Rock jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as York walks away with a smile on his face. Rock gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.
York with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Rock to score with a decent uppercut.
York tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Rock swivels and escapes.

and Rock counters into the clinch. Nicely done.

Rock breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Rock tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but York defends well and Rock ends up having to push York into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch.

Well Rock has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
