Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Blair Howe (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Bert Ulf (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The judges for this bout are Ivan Kurochkin, Dmitry Maklakov and Aleksei Zolotukhin.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Howe darts in looking for a takedown but Ulf gets double underhooks and turns Howe into the cage.
Howe jumps guard but Ulf stands there with Howe around his waist. Howe gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.
Ulf gets double underhooks to prevent a takedown attempt from Howe.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Blair Howe. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Both fighters working to control the clinch.
Ulf pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.

Ulf is trying to drag Howe to the mat but Howe just about manages to keep his footing. He used the cage to his advantage there.

We may be looking at a referee standup if the pace doesn't pick up soon.

Ulf shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Howe as he jumps to the side.

Ulf lands with a straight right. Howe didn't see that one coming.

and Howe counters into the clinch. Nicely done.
With the fighters up against the cage, Howe throws an elbow but misses.
Ulf is trying to drag Howe to the mat but Howe just about manages to keep his footing. He used the cage to his advantage there.

Ulf lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!

The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Howe connects with a nice short shot to Ulf's temple.

Howe will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.

Howe leaves Ulf with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
Howe clinches up with Ulf and pushes him back against the cage.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Howe has had enough of the clinch but Ulf keeps him there for the moment.

Bert Ulf comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
Well Ulf has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
