The judges for this bout are , Jack Bonds and Don Winkell.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hollands swings and misses with a shot to the body
letting Kato counter with a right hand.
Hollands shoots in and scores a nice double leg takedown into half guard.
We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup.
The fighters are battling for position here. Kato manages to regain full guard. Nice work.
Kato looking to control.
Kato looking for a sweep. Not yet Kato, not yet.
Hollands wants to control from the top but Kato keeps moving.
There's a bit of a scramble here and now Kato is on top in guard.
Kato drops back looking for a submission - "I'm sorry sir, but I'm gunna break your leg" says Kato as he cranks on the unfortunate limb! Hollands screams and taps out before any major damage is done! Don't mess with Kato! Nice submission victory there!

In his post fight interview, Kazushi Kato started talking himself up. Luckily his charisma kept the crowd on side and gave him a good reception.
