Sobieski kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Kto Cię Obroni Polsko. Tokhtakhounov is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: Ministry - Thieves. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A good leg kick by Tokhtakhounov.
Tokhtakhounov throws a wild body kick that Sobieski sees coming a mile off.
Sobieski takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh.
A bone on bone clash there as Sobieski blocks the leg kick.
Sobieski throws a sloppy head kick and Tokhtakhounov moves out of range easily.
Sobieski fails with the takedown.
Sobieski steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Tokhtakhounov.
Sobieski takes a body kick right on the floating rib. Ouchie.
A low kick from Tokhtakhounov is predictable there

and Sobieski counters with a shoot takedown. Tokhtakhounov fights it but they end up in guard.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
The referee must be thinking about standing these guys back up.
Tokhtakhounov is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Sobieski is controlling him.

Sobieski trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Sobieski is looking to pass into half guard but Tokhtakhounov pushes him away with his feet and jumps on top - now Tokhtakhounov is in guard.

Sobieski has thrown up a leg looking for a triangle. Tokhtakhounov doesn't defend quickly enough and Sobieski has managed to lock this one up! Can Tokhtakhounov escape?! NO! He's tapping out! Damn, that was a quick submission - congrats to Sobieski on a fantastic submission victory.
