Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Paul Tew, James Ackerman and Daniel Bishop.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Druff tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Druff dives in and scores a takedown into Hanson's guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Druff is working the ground and pound from guard. He might want to try advancing position though to get more of an impact.
Druff loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry.

Druff is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long.

The ref stands the fighters back up. Dan Druff was stalling too much, according to the referee.
Druff has managed to clinch.
Druff tries a knee to the head but Hanson blocks it.

Druff is pressed up against the cage. Hanson has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Druff down to the mat. Druff avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance.
Druff darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Hanson is trying to defend against the ground and pound but Druff scores with a couple of nice shots.
Druff has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.

Druff takes advantage of the dominant position to land a couple of big hammer fists.

Druff looks over to his corner - he wants some instructions but his corner are not responding.
Hanson is trying to defend against the ground and pound but Druff scores with a couple of nice shots.
Druff wants to work for an arm triangle but Hanson is really keeping half guard well and defending the submission attempt.
Druff works his foot free and advances to mount.
The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.
Druff is in full mount, looking to secure a guillotine but Hanson is surviving well by controlling Druff's body position as best he can.
That's three minutes gone in the round.

Druff cracks Hanson with a nasty head shot there - the crowd let out an audible gasp there, as the noise reverberated around the arena.
Oh Hanson is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!
Druff lands a big shot to the head and Hanson winces in pain. He's tapped out due to strikes!
