The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Goncharov fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Carri avoids it really well and circles away.
Goncharov gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily

and Carri counters by clinching up.
Goncharov is looking to take this one to the mat.
Nico Carri has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Sergay Goncharov.
Knees to the body from Carri.
Goncharov looks winded!
Carri lands a nice elbow from the clinch.

It looks like Sergay Goncharov has been cut.
Carri utilising his Muay Thai to score with a knee to the body.

Carri pushes Goncharov back against the cage and lands a hook to the side of the head.
Carri lands an uppercut in the clinch that drops Goncharov to his knees! Carri keeps firing more shots against his stricken opponent and the referee jumps in to save him!
