Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Bon Joy (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Chris Vaughn (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Joy comes into the arena with The Prodigy - Breathe blaring out of the sound system. Fingers crossed for an exciting fight - I'm sure both fighters are looking for a nice under the table bonus!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

8 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Chris Vaughn!
The judges for this bout are Eddie Farnsworth, Alyssa Summers and Lou da Vinci.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Joy on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those.
Vaughn lands a pitter patter jab to the forehead of his opponent.
Vaughn misses with a body kick.
Vaughn connects with a high kick.
Vaughn throws a feint and then finishes with a kick to the body.
Vaughn takes a step towards his opponent and connects with a left hand, before circling away.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Vaughn throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Joy tries to close the distance and clinch up but Vaughn swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Vaughn shoots in for a takedown and gets it.
The referee must be thinking about standing these guys back up.
Joy blocking the ground and pound attempt from Vaughn.
Vaughn scores with a couple of good hammerfists.
Joy keeping his head moving to avoid the ground and pound.
Joy looks like he's trying to stand up.
Joy wants to improve his position but Vaughn is controlling well.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Vaughn thows a huge punch but Joy dodges it nicely.
Joy has hold of Vaughn's hands but Vaughn slips his arm to the side and lands an elbow.
Vaughn not landing any meaningful shots this time.
Vaughn takes advantage of the dominant position to land a couple of big hammer fists.
Vaughn throwing punches and elbows but they're not doing any damage.
Joy is looking to improve his position.
Vaughn is keeping good posture, landing some ground and pound.
Joy blocking the ground and pound attempt from Vaughn.
Vaughn passes the guard and advances to mount!
Vaughn throws some wild stikes that Joy manages to avoid easily.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Joy working to try and regain half guard.
We've been hearing good reports from Joy's training camp. Apparently he has been rolling around with some good quality BJJ practitioners and has been sharpening his skills. Let's see if that has an impact on the fight today.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Vaughn unloads with some vicious shots from mount and Joy wants out - he looks towards the referee who steps in to save him! Vaughn celebrates on the cage and the crowd goes wild!
