Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Heikki Vennamo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Brian Adams (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Vennamo comes to the cage accompanied by Bacchuksen tiellä. Adams is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Kronik. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Vennamo misses with a series of wild punches.
Adams has a takedown stuffed.
Adams throws the kick towards the body but Vennamo avoids it.
Adams shoots in for a takedown but Vennamo shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.

and Adams counters by clinching up.

Adams shoots in looking for a takedown but Vennamo manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Adams's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.

Vennamo is looking to score with knees to the body. Maybe he'll change it up and go body then head. Adams is defending well for now.

In the pre-fight buildup videos we saw Adams working his ground and pound in the gym. So far it seems to be working well.

A very excited looking Brian Adams rambled incoherently for about 5 minutes post fight about how awesome he is. It was kinda funny for a while but then everyone got annoyed.
