Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Bill Bobby (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Bruce Shashia (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bobby looks to land a left hand but Shashia moved out of range nicely.

Bobby has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Shashia can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.

Shashia is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long.

The fight moves into the clinch position.

Shashia has moved round to his opponent's back and is looking for a suplex! Oh snap! He's tossed Bobby clear over his head and slammed him to the mat!

Shashia lands with an elbow from half guard - that looked like it hurt.
Bobby wants to improve his position but Shashia is controlling well.

Shashia is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Bobby is just riding it out for now. Shashia eventually gives up the hold.

Bruce Shashia showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action! So, we enter the final round. Let's see if either fighter can bring us a finish, or whether we're going to the judges scorecards.

Both fighters are breathing heavily.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!

Shashia shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in side control! That's better than Shashia was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure!

Shashia decides to stand back up. Shashia steps back and let's Bobby get back to his feet.
Shashia gets cracked there but stands up to it.
Bobby keeps his opponent at a distance with a nice jab.
Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Bobby, as that shot connected.
Bobby moves into range and connects with a jab.
Shashia throws a head kick that looked like it stung.

Shashia misses with a wild combination.
Bobby throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Shashia takes one on the chin but seems OK.

Shashia gets in close and instigates a clinch.
With the fighters clinched against the cage, Shashia creates a bit of distance for himself and scores with a nice uppercut.

Bobby misses with a shot to the kidneys.

Bobby isolates an arm and boxes in a triangle. Shashia stacks Bobby on his neck as he steps over and passes to the side. He's now in a much more dominant position where he can look to do some serious damage. Nice move by Shashia!
