Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Nepumuk Drachenstein (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Lord Susanoo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Lord Susanoo has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Yukihiro Shimada, Yasuomi Hirokawa and Shigeki Sano.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A punch combination from Susanoo misses.
Susanoo walks forward and throws out a flicking leg kick. Drachenstein checks it nicely though, as he moves to the side.
The fighters circle momentarily. Drachenstein darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch.
It looks like Lord Susanoo has been cut.
Susanoo shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Drachenstein's guard.
The referee is asking the fighters to pick up the pace.

Susanoo stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Drachenstein swivels though and keeps the full guard.
We've been hearing good reports from Drachenstein's training camp. Apparently he has been rolling around with some good quality BJJ practitioners and has been sharpening his skills. Let's see if that has an impact on the fight today.

Drachenstein is pawing at Susanoo, trying to feel the distance before throwing out a cross that crashes into Susanoo's nose. Susanoo is badly hurt! Drachenstein pounces, throwing wild strikes as both fighters end up on the ground! Susanoo tries desperately to hold on but Drachenstein is relentless in his assault! As Susanoo receives an ever increasing number of unanswered strikes the referee pulls Drachenstein away and this one is in the books!
