The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Santos gets a clinch.

and Santos counters with a left and a right that stings Luna.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Santos shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Luna as he jumps to the side.

Santos shoots in looking for a takedown but Luna manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Santos's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.
No luck with that takedown attempt from Santos.
Luna displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Santos.

Santos avoids the clinch attempt nicely.

We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.

and Luna counters with a nice double leg into half guard.
Luna is looking for a kimura but he's never going to get it from there.
Luna wants to work for an arm triangle but Santos is really keeping half guard well and defending the submission attempt.

BOOM! Luna connects with a massive shot to the dome!

Luna has isolated one of Santos's arms. Santos looking to fight him off but Luna twists into an armbar. It's tight... Will he tap?? YES, he's tapped! This one is all over!
