Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Nard Betker, Daniel Blasius and Aafke Stam.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Pena tries to check the leg kick but that clearly hurt him.
Pena tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Schlong swivels and escapes.
Pena takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.
Schlong shoots in looking for a takedown. Pena tries to sprawl out of it but Schlong keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Pena manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Schlong shoots in but Pena avoids the takedown attempt easily.
Schlong lands a big head kick that sends Pena tumbling to the mat! Schlong takes a step backwards and waves Pena back to his feet - he wants the finish!
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.

Schlong feints a jab promting Pena to slip. Schlong then demonstrates his capabilities by jabbing again. Pena slips again and ducks right into an uppercut.

and Pena counters nicely by changing levels and landing a hook to the body.
Pena shoots for a double leg takedown but Schlong sprawls well. He's pushed Pena's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.

Nice takedown defense from Pena. No joy for Schlong on that attempt.

Pena lands with a good tight uppercut to the head.
Schlong is trying to pull guard but being pressed up against the cage enables Pena to keep the fight standing.
Schlong has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Pena is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet.
Pena tries to take the fight to the ground by pulling guard but can't manage it.
Pena tries to score a body lock takedown but Schlong shows good agility there to stay on his feet.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
