The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Revenge looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
Revenge wants to clinch.
Pro shoots for a takedown but Revenge saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.
Pro circles away from the clinch attempt.
Pro doesn't succeed with the takedown
and Revenge counters with a nice leg kick.
Pro closes the distance and clinches up with Revenge, looking for a takedown. Pro pushes Revenge against the cage but Revenge circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Bjj Pro. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Revenge tries to clinch up but Pro circles away and keeps his distance.
Pro dives in and grabs Revenge's left leg, looking for a takedown. Revenge pushes down on Pro's head and hops out.

Pro shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Revenge manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage.

Revenge felt the need to train up his defensive grappling in the buildup to the fight. Presumably he was expecting to be in a difficult position like this, so let's see if he can get out of it.
