Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.

The judges for this bout are Roosa Järviläinen, Anni Minnemäki and Tarja Halkonen.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hodges fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Rizzi, pushing him back against the cage.
Hodges pulls guard effortlessly.
Rizzi would like to get this fight back to the feet but can't get free from the closed guard.

Rizzi got a little sloppy there for a moment and Hodges has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Rizzi has managed to get both his arms back between Hodges's legs - danger averted.

Hodges can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Rizzi controls the pace.

The referee wants the fighters to be more active or he's going to reset them on the feet.
Hodges escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Rizzi gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.

The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.
Rizzi lands a beautiful switch and he's in full mount! That could spell trouble for Hodges!

That was a close round but I would say that Richie Hodges will probably get the nod.

Hodges goes for a double leg but Rizzi avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Rizzi continues to drive forward.

Rizzi feints a jab promting Hodges to slip. Rizzi then demonstrates his capabilities by jabbing again. Hodges slips again and ducks right into an uppercut.

Rizzi buckles his opponent's knee momentarily with a nice leg kick.
Oh Hodges is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Rizzi is really turning it up, unleashing another crisp combination which drops Hodges like a ton of bricks! The referee dives in to stop the fight, saving Hodges from another fist facial!
