Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Sergio Gracie (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Floyd Sumerweather (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sumerweather stuffs the takedown.
Gracie closes this distance looking for a takedown but Sumerweather circles away.
Gracie fails with the takedown.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Sergio Gracie. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Gracie shoots in looking for a takedown. Sumerweather tries to sprawl out of it but Gracie keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Sumerweather manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Sumerweather swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Gracie has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from Gracie there as he acknowledges the shot.

It looks like Sergio Gracie has been cut.
Sumerweather stuffs the takedown attempt from Gracie. Gracie gets slowly back to his feet.
Gracie slips a jab and a cross from Sumerweather.
Sumerweather throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Sumerweather drops Gracie with a beautiful combination! Gracie stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - Sumerweather is looking for the KO!

Gracie is rocked!
Gracie drops his hands momentarily. Sumerweather doesn't need a second invitation, landing a shot to the temple. Gracie staggers and falls to the mat and the ref dives in to save him from any more punishment. Gracie doesn't seem happy with the stoppage but he was done.
