The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Lucas closes the distance and pushes Kenwey back into the cage.
Lucas is trying to drag Kenwey to the mat but Kenwey just about manages to keep his footing. He used the cage to his advantage there.

Kenwey breaks from the clinch.
Kenwey misses with a double jab.
Kenwey throws a nice looking combination but Lucas bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
A punch combination from Kenwey misses.
Kenwey looks to land a combination. Lucas sees it coming but can only parry a couple of the shots.

It looks like Stephan Lucas has been cut.
Kenwey misses with a jab, cross combination.
Kenwey misses the shot to the body.

Lucas pushes Kenwey up against the cage in a clinch.
Good anti-grappling being displayed by Lucas as Kenwey tries to tie him up.
Kenwey has had enough of the clinch and is looking to separate.

Lucas escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Kenwey falls off balance throwing a combination
and Lucas counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
Edward Kenwey is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Lucas fails with a takedown attempt.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Stephan Lucas. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Kenwey misses with a series of wild punches.
Lucas tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
Kenwey displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Lucas.

Kenwey throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.

No joy there for Kenwey, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Kenwey lands with a right that hurts Lucas. Lucas looks to clinch but Kenwey throws a short knee that drops Lucas. This one is all over!
