The judges for this bout are Yasuomi Hirokawa, Yukihiro Yamamoto and Ren Mimura.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Torrio misses with a body kick.
Torrio moves away from the strike by Pitbull.
Pitbull tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Torrio was well out of range. Poor timing from Pitbull.

Torrio moves into the clinch.
A short body shot lands from Pitbull as the two fighters clinch.

Torrio manages to break the clinch.
Torrio misses with a low kick.

Torrio scores a trip takedown into side control. Nice.
The referee is pacing around the two fighters - he looks like he's thinking about a standup.

Torrio goes for an armbar! This could be all over! Wait, no, Pitbull rolls with the submission and now he's on top in Torrio's guard! Nice work there by Pitbull!
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Torrio looking to hit a scissor sweep but Pitbull is one step ahead there.

Torrio has his foot on Pitbull's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Pitbull works his way back into a safe position though.

Pitbull is in close to Torrio's body, working some short punches and elbows.
Pitbull has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player.

Pitbull is looking to stand up but Torrio won't let him.
Pitbull working in close now, lands a nice elbow to the side of Torrio's head.

Torrio has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Pitbull can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.
Pitbull is looking to work some ground and pound but Torrio has wrist control.

Torrio is looking for a triangle but Pitbull pushes his legs off easily.

Torrio working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Pitbull doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Pitbull manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.
Both fighters really going for it on the ground here!

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Torrio is rocked!
Pitbull postures up in Torrio's guard and throws a big left but Torrio blocks it.
Torrio is still in real trouble! Can Pitbull finish him?
Pitbull working in close now, lands a nice elbow to the side of Torrio's head.
Torrio looking to sweep here. No luck so far.
Torrio is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.

Torrio is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Pitbull is just riding it out for now. Torrio eventually gives up the hold.
Pitbull tries to kick Torrio off in order to stand up. Torrio Avoids the leg push though and dives into side control.

Torrio in side control, working for a kimura. He's got hold of an arm and he's torquing it... Pitbull is tapping! That's the end of the fight!
