Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 4 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Temitope Obama!
The judges for this bout are Felipe Paraventi, Emerson Jorge and Edson Gomes.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Eliott throws a right hand that Obama ducks under and follows up with a left that Obama also avoids with ease.

Obama is looking for a takedown here. He's shot in and has managed to get it, finishing up in Eliott's half guard.
Eliott holds on for dear life, maintaining half guard for now.
Obama tries to stand but his arm is trapped.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

Eliott throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd.
Temitope Obama seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Eliott walks forward and throws out a flicking leg kick. Obama checks it nicely though, as he moves to the side.
Eliott's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Obama connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Eliott scrambles back to his feet.

Eliott clinches up against the cage.

Obama escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Richard Eliott is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.
Obama throws a nice head kick!

Eliott shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Obama's guard.

Obama is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Eliott is aware though and is defending well.

Obama is actively looking for submissions from his back. He's worked himself a little space on the bottom and seems to be going for a triangle. No, he's switched into an armbar! That was slick! Eliott rolls with it to try and escape but Obama cranks on the arm and Eliott is forced to tap out! This one is aaaaaaaaall over!
