Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Drew Pugh (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Marco Wangnan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters will be looking to make this an exciting fight for the fans, I'm sure!

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Bruno Hogan, Summer Carpenter and Winston Howard.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Wangnan pivots, looking for a leg kick but Pugh is out of range and Wangnan settles back down.
Pugh darts in looking for a takedown but Wangnan gets double underhooks and turns Pugh into the cage.
Wangnan keeps control of Pugh as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks.

Pugh manages to break the clinch.
Wangnan stalks Pugh and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Pugh's face. Pugh staggers backwards, shaken.

It looks like Drew Pugh has been cut.

The referee is pacing around the two fighters - he looks like he's thinking about a standup.
Wangnan with a flurry of punches that miss.
Wangnan seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

The ref calls for a clean break and stands the fighters back up. Marco Wangnan wasn't active enough on the ground.

Wangnan shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Wangnan showed some decent athleticism there.

Wangnan wants to pass the guard but Pugh is defending well.

The referee is pacing around the two fighters - he looks like he's thinking about a standup.

The ref stands the fighters back up, due to lack of action by Marco Wangnan.

Wangnan drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard.

Wangnan is looking to work some ground and pound but Pugh has wrist control.
Wangnan wants to get up but he can't break Pugh's closed guard. He needs to be careful trying to break the legs open, as he's open to submissions here.
Wangnan must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu.
Pugh seems keen to control Wangnan's posture.
Pugh could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.

Wangnan gets to his feet. Pugh looking to butt scoot but the ref puts an end to that. On your feet son!
Wangnan lands with a two punch combination before moving back out of range.
Marco Wangnan seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Wangnan lands a hook that stumbles Pugh back into the cage. Wangnan follows up with a straight and another hook that land right on the button, dropping Pugh to the canvas! Wangnan pounces and lands several unanswered shots - Pugh has had enough and taps out! This one is all over!
