Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Van Damme (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Adriano Barbosa (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Matheus Silva, Paulo Santos and Felipe Paraventi.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Damme goes for a double leg but Barbosa avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Barbosa continues to drive forward.
Barbosa looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight!
Barbosa is trying to force a seperation but Damme has the dominant position.
Damme breaks the clinch.
Barbosa has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout.
Damme shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Barbosa as he jumps to the side.

Barbosa defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Damme.

Damme shoots in looking for a takedown. Barbosa tries to sprawl out of it but Damme keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Barbosa manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
