The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Welder throws a body kick but he wasn't in range.

Ross drives through and clinches with Welder against the cage.

Ross gets double underhooks and manages to take the fight to the ground.
Ross cracks Welder with a solid left hand.
Ross works a leg free and moves into half guard.
Ross passes the guard and advances to mount!
Welder looking to escape from mount but he's given up his back!

Welder is trying to defend against the choke here but Ross has an arm under his chin. This one might not last much longer. Ross Tightens the hold and Welder taps out furiously! Ross displays superior BJJ to win the fight.
