PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between George Steele (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Four Loko (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Steele might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Cinderella Man. I don't know about you partner, but I'm pumped for this one!

With a record of 13 - 7 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Four Loko!
The judges for this bout are Chris Edwards, James Atkins and Donald Grub.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Steele throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Loko's waist but Loko gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Steele off to one side.
Steele tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Loko defends well and Steele ends up having to push Loko into the ropes where they will battle it out in the clinch.

Steele pulls guard effortlessly.

Steele escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Loko gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.

Steele is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle.

Steele throws his legs up looking to secure a triangle. Oh, that looks pretty tight, I gotta say! Loko escapes and throws Steele's legs to the side, diving into side control!
Loko throws a knee to the body but it doesn't do much damage.

Loko felt the need to train up his defensive grappling in the buildup to the fight. Presumably he was expecting to be in a difficult position like this, so let's see if he can get out of it.
