Well, the cameraman is lingering on a pretty young lady for a bit too long there. Keep your eyes on the prize buddy or you'll miss the fighter intros!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ardona throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Davenport Jr.
Davenport Jr shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Ardona defends it nicely.

It looks like Punch Davenport Jr has been cut.

Ardona throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. Davenport Jr tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. Ardona is in Davenport Jr's guard.

Ardona is pushing down on Davenport Jr's leg trying to pass to half guard. Davenport Jr is fighting to maintain full guard but Ardona has managed to sneak the leg through.

Ardona is looking for a kimura but Davenport Jr is holding onto that half guard position, so it's hard for Ardona to get the leverage.
Ardona is keeping good posture, landing some ground and pound.
The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Ardona connects with a nice short shot to Davenport Jr's temple.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
