Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Sylwester Snail (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Dave Reynolds (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). This should be fireworks!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Sylwester Snail!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Dave Reynolds!
The judges for this bout are Richard Clark, James Atkins and Donald Grub.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A swing and a miss from Snail.
Reynolds fails to land the takedown.
Reynolds shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it.
Reynolds looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Snail is fending him off so far but Reynolds persists. Nope, Snail circles away and we're back to standing.
Reynolds walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head.
Some bone on bone action there as Reynolds checks a low kick. Luckily it wasn't a particularly hard one.
Snail wants to land a leg kick but Reynolds is out of range.
Reynolds misses with a takedown attempt - Snail sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.
Sylwester Snail has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Dave Reynolds.
Reynolds will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
Reynolds fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Snail avoids it really well and circles away.

Snail takes the fight into the clinch.

Snail jumps into guard, dragging Reynolds to the mat.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Snail looking for submissions from the bottom here. Moving his hips around, possibly looking for an armbar.

Snail has his foot on Reynolds's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Reynolds works his way back into a safe position though.

Reynolds trying to control the position from guard on top but Snail is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
Snail is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.
The referee walks around the fighters to get a better view of the action. Snail lands a nice short elbow.
Snail looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Reynolds with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.

Reynolds is trying is best to control the position here.
Snail seems content to maintain position for now, rather than mounting any offense.
Snail is scoring with some nice ground and pound from the dominant position.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Snail working some ground and pound from close in. He's looking to maintain this position and strike for a while by the looks of things... although he'll probably advance to full mount in a minute now I've said that.
Snail lands with an elbow from half guard - that looked like it hurt.
Snail seems content to maintain position for now, rather than mounting any offense.
Snail lands a big shot. The thud that echoes around the arena is like music to the fans' ears.

Reynolds flails away from the bottom but he's not doing any damage.
Snail has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.

Reynolds really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Snail. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Snail thows a wild elbow that connects with the canvas.
Snail slips a nice elbow through Reynolds's hands, connecting with Reynolds's forehead.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Snail working over Reynolds with some ground and pound. Reynolds looks like he wants out of this position, which is understandable.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!

Reynolds has hold of Snail's hands but Snail slips his arm to the side and lands an elbow.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!


Reynolds tries a head kick but it misses.
Snail showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Reynolds.
Snail tests Reynolds's chin there with a solid looking shot.


Reynolds is rocked!
Snail pounces like a tiger and cracks Reynolds with a vicious hook! Reynolds is down but not out! Snail follows up with more strikes forcing the ref to jump in and stop it!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:23 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Punches). Sylwester Snail!
