The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Robertson swings for the body but Conner moves out of range.
Joel Conner seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Conner looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard.
The referee is asking the fighters to pick up the pace.
Robertson wants to get back to full guard.

Conner is trying to control the action in half guard but Robertson is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard.
Robertson is looking for a sweep. Conner is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.
Conner is keen to just control but Robertson is a slippery customer.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Conner is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Robertson doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Conner.
Conner seems content to maintain position for now, rather than mounting any offense.

Conner looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.

Robertson pushes a forearm under Conner's chin to create some space. He's escaped his hips and pivoted quickly for an armbar! Can he extend the arm? Yes, Conner is tapping out! Damn, that was fast!
