The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
The sound of bone on bone echoes around the arena as Estes checks a leg kick.
Isaiah Elliott seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

A momentary lapse in concentration from Estes enables Elliott to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Estes manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat.
We must be close to a standup if these guys don't pick up the pace.
