Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between jim fraigne (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Gregori Vladivostok (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Vladivostok has chosen Goodbye Sober Day - Mr Bungle as his entrance music. jim fraigne has a significant reach advantage - let's see if he can make it count.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Vladivostok thuds a left hand into fraigne's body.
Horrible takedown by fraigne or perhaps it was just good defense by Vladivostok which made him look bad.

Vladivostok shoots in and bounces fraigne off the cage to secure the takedown into guard.
fraigne keeping full guard, as Vladivostok tries to pass.
Vladivostok is fighting to break fraigne's control of his arms but fraigne is doing a good job of controlling the position at the moment.
Vladivostok throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as fraigne works some decent striking defense from the bottom.
Vladivostok is sitting in guard, working some ground and pound.
fraigne not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.
Vladivostok throwing shots from guard but he's hitting more mat than opponent.
Vladivostok must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu.

Vladivostok makes a bit of distance and scores with some ground and pound, still in guard.
fraigne doesn't do any damage with a couple of strikes from the bottom.
Vladivostok with a couple of shots to the head there. Not particularly brutal.

fraigne is trying to keep Vladivostok in close.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.
Vladivostok loads up on a big right hand but fraigne slips the punch.
A decent looking cross lands there for Vladivostok.
Vladivostok cracks fraigne with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business.
No luck for fraigne with that takedown attempt.

fraigne tries to close the distance and clinch but Vladivostok swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Vladivostok stuffs the takedown attempt from fraigne. fraigne gets slowly back to his feet.
Gregori Vladivostok seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
fraigne walks into a stiff left hand from Vladivostok.

Vladivostok dances in with a quick combination. fraigne is being worked over with jabs and crosses. Oooh, a right straight from Vladivostok snaps fraigne's head back. fraigne stumbles backwards against the cage. Vladivostok steps forward and delivers a right cross that connects with fraigne's jaw, simultaneously knocking him out and sending his mouthpiece into the crowd! There's a worthy souvenir for the fans. This one is over folks. fraigne just didn't come prepared.
