And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Shigeki Fujiwara, Yukihiro Shimada and Kenichi Hosakawa.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

The fight moves into the clinch position.

Chan breaks the clinch.
Com Joelho changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Chan tries to avoid it but Com Joelho manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Chan to the ground. Chan escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Chan misses with a double jab.
Com Joelho shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Chan as he jumps to the side.
Chan tries to close the distance and clinch but Com Joelho swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Com Joelho misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
The fight stays on the outside here - Chan looks like he's thinking about clinching though.

Chan moves into range and clinches up with Com Joelho.
Chan with an attempt at a knee that misses.
Chan pushes Com Joelho back against the cage and lands a hook to the side of the head.

It looks like Mantoras Com Joelho has been cut.
Chan will no doubt start fighting again in a minute but for now he's just having a little rest, leaning Com Joelho up against the cage.
Chan connects with a knee to the head.
Chan lands a body punch.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Com Joelho is trying to pull guard but Chan turns him against the cage and we stay in the clinch.
Jacky Chan has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Mantoras Com Joelho.
Chan lands a hook that snaps the head of Com Joelho backwards.

Chan breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Com Joelho swings for the body but Chan moves out of range.
Com Joelho shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Chan pinned against the cage. Chan gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
Com Joelho looks winded!

Chan has taken the fight to the clinch.

Chan escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Chan misses with a double jab.
Chan scores with a three punch combo!

Com Joelho gets tackled into the cage by Chan. Chan maintains the clinch.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Chan lands with a right to the head.

That has opened up Mantoras Com Joelho's cut even more.

Chan breaks the clinch.
Chan is looking to clinch.
The fighters circle, before Chan throws a beautiful high kick that crashes into Com Joelho's neck, sending him stumbling to the floor! Chan lands more strikes and forces a referee stoppage! That one ended in an instant!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:57 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Kick & Punches). Jacky Chan!
After winning the bout, Jacky Chan thanked all his fans and promised he'd do even better in his next fight. The crowd seemed to love his humility.
Mantoras Com Joelho spoke after the fight, saying 'Next time, will be better'.
