The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Fawkes throws a nice looking combination but Cohen bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.

Cohen fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Fawkes, pushing him back against the cage.
Fawkes drops down looking for an ankle pick but Cohen pulls his leg out and moves away.

The fight moves into the clinch position.
Cohen missing with knees to the body.

Cohen escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.

Cohen moves into the clinch successfully.
Fawkes wants to break free. God knows he wants to breaaaak freeee.

Cohen gets control of Fawkes's arms and successfully pulls guard. Cohen will no doubt be looking for submissions off his back.
Fawkes wants to control from the top but Cohen keeps moving.

Fawkes content to sit in guard, stalling... Great. Oh but he could get punished here because Cohen has locked up a guillotine! Cohen's face is contorted as he sqeezes tight on the submission attempt - will he finish? Fawkes is holding on here and Cohen must be using up a lot of energy. Fawkes has gone limp! He's out! He's out cold! Cohen gets to his feet, tossing aside his stricken foe. Arms raised, he milks the applause from the crowd. Great submission!
