The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Yody shoots in and bounces Rogers off the cage to secure the takedown into guard.

The ref stands the fighters back up. Brett Rogers was stalling too much, according to the referee.

A jab-cross combination lands for Yody and sends Rogers crashing to the mat! Yody follows him down to the mat - Rogers regains half guard but he's not out of trouble yet!

Rogers is rocked!

It looks like Brett Rogers has been cut.

Yody throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Rogers works some decent striking defense from the bottom.
Yody loads up on a big left hand. Rogers felt that one! He's just covering up now, not defending himself intelligently - Yody looks towards the ref and unloads with 3 more big shots and the ref has no choice but to stop the fight! Rogers can't hide his disappointment, as Yody celebrates the victory.
