Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Mustafa Poturak (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Alfred Julius (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Mustafa Poturak looks tired to me. Hopefully he has got enough gas left in the tank to put in a good performance.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Julius misses with a straight right.
Julius stalks Poturak and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Poturak's face. Poturak staggers backwards, shaken.
Julius looks to land a combination but Poturak avoids it well.

Poturak closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.
Julius trying to hold on to Poturak's head to control him but Poturak postures up.
Poturak stops Julius from getting back to his feet.

Poturak escapes and gets back to his feet.
Julius slaps away a takedown attempt from Poturak, before circling back to the center of the mat.
Poturak could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.
Poturak is breathing heavily.
Julius cracks Poturak with a nice right hand that draws applause from the crowd.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Julius throws a looping overhand right but Poturak ducks down to avoid it.

Poturak closes the distance and gets a trip takedown into side control. Julius quickly recovers to half guard.

We've been hearing that Poturak has been drilling a lot of ground and pound in training, so let's see if he get the finish.

Poturak stands, ready to strike. The ref makes him back up and allows Julius to get to his feet.
Poturak takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness.
Julius shuffles to his left behind two crisp jabs. Poturak eats them both and turns towards Julius to reposition himself and eats a stinging right hand-left hook combo.
Julius pushes forward with a 1-2 combination that forces Poturak back to the cage. Julius follows up with a solid lead hook to the liver.
Julius connects with a slap. Keep your fist closed son.
Poturak takes one on the chin but keeps coming.

Julius throws a nice looking combination but Poturak bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Alfred Julius is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.

Poturak is pinned up against the cage taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.

Poturak shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it.
Julius has used his reach advantage pretty well so far tonight.
Julius lands a really nice looking cross but Poturak seems unphased.
Julius moves into range and throws a combination. A nice jab followed by a hook to the body.
Julius fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Poturak looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.
Julius misses with a jab, cross combination.
Poturak drops his hands momentarily and Julius takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head.
Poturak looks shocked there as he takes a right hand to the temple.
Alfred Julius seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Julius misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Julius jabs Poturak to the body, keeping him at a distance.
Julius scores with a jab to the jaw.
Julius lands with a straight right. Poturak didn't see that one coming.
Poturak takes an uppercut right on the button but keeps his composure.
Julius throws a series of punches but Poturak moves out of range.

Julius is landing a lot of head punches in this opening round! Poturak had better start moving his head a bit unless he wants his face to turn into pâté.
Julius ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Poturak moves away.
Julius uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before Poturak has time to react.
A nice combination there by Julius.

Poturak closes the distance and takes a jab right on the nose as he does so.
Julius lands a jab, followed by a cross and another cross, as Poturak backs up against the cage.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Julius is working the combinations to good effect here.
Julius throws a right and a left that both miss.
Poturak tries to score a power double leg takedown but Julius sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Poturak somewhat.

Poturak has his head slapped from side to side by a 3 punch combination. That must have hurt him.
Julius cracks a nice hook into Poturak's ribs.
Poturak uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Julius.
Poturak walks into a stiff left hand from Julius.
Julius scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Poturak doesn't seem bothered though.
Poturak takes a body punch but keeps moving.
Poturak walks straight into an uppercut. Luckily it didn't land flush.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!

Poturak fails with a takedown attempt.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.

Julius ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent.
Mustafa Poturak is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.
Poturak takes one to the chin there.
Julius digs a good body shot into Poturak's ribs.
Poturak has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Julius finds it's way round the side to connect with Poturak's head.

Oh Poturak is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Julius lunges at Poturak with a hook that half lands and is half blocked by Poturak's hand.

Julius drops Poturak with a straight right hand, right on the button! Julius follows him down to the mat and pounds him out with hammerfists until the referee jumps in to end the fight!
