Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Matts Serra (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Stevens York (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Serra comes to the ring accompanied by MMA Entrance Theme - Matts Serra. York has chosen I'm not afraid as his entrance music. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
York scores with a head kick.

York takes an uppercut right on the jaw but it doesn't phase him.

The fight moves into the clinch position.

A right handed body shot lands from Serra.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Serra presses York against the ropes and delivers a mid-strength body shot.

Serra pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Serra ducks down and throws a hook to the body but York moves away.

York is rocked!
Serra circles away from the clinch attempt.
York is still on wobbly legs! Can Serra finish him?
Serra lands a nice hook to York's body. York takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes.
York takes a shot to the body in his stride.

Serra closes the distance looking for a takedown. York stuffs it but Serra still has hold of him. Serra picks York up in a fireman's lift! The crowd roars in approval. Serra slams York to the floor and that's really hurt York - he doesn't know where he is! Serra throws a couple of strikes and the referee steps in to save him! This one is in the books!
