Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Karate Kid (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Epic Man (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Kid comes to the cage accompanied by Kung Fu Fighting. Epic Man has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Man keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Kid.
Kid checks a low kick. Bone on bone - not my idea of a good time.
Kid has been working on his boxing with his coaches at Beast Cartel in the buildup to the fight.
Kid tries to land a leg kick but Man saw it coming and moves away.

Man gets in close and instigates a clinch.

Kid blocks a couple of punches on the inside.
Man tries a shoulder strike but it doesn't do any damage.
Man is trying to slow down the pace of the fight but Kid is keeping busy.
A nice left hand lands by Man.

Kid lands with a quick shot inside that doesn't really do much damage.

Man swings wildly with an uppercut but Kid uses good head movement to avoid it.
Man trying to control the position but instead, Kid has worked for underhooks and has pushed Man into the cage.
Man tried to land a shot to the body but connects with Kid's elbow.
Man throws a punch but it's blocked by Kid.
Man misses with a hook from the clinch.

Kid gets through Man's defenses to land a nice punch to the side of the head.

Kid's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Man connects with a leg kick. Kid looked like he was expecting something else and didn't defend it.
Well, he's not going to score with shots like that. A lazy body kick attempt from Kid.
Man feints with a shoulder and throws a nice leg kick to Kid's calf.

Kid is looking to control Man's arms but Man gets an underhook and turns him. Now Kid has his back to the cage.

Man tries to throw a body punch but Kid avoids it by throwing Man back against the cage.
Man lands a short shot on the inside that snaps the head of Kid backwards.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Kid scores with a nice hook to the head.

That was a close round but I would say that Karate Kid will probably get the nod.
