Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

12 - 13 - 2, fighting out of Montreal, Ray Guida!
The judges for this bout are Frank Antenori, Don Winkell and Timothy Bukovac.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Brown misses with a hook. Guida ducked under it nicely.
Brown misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.
Guida lands a jab followed by a nice looking cross.
Brown uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before Guida has time to react.
Brown dives in and grabs Guida's left leg, looking for a takedown. Guida pushes down on Brown's head and hops out.
Guida ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent.
Brown slips a jab and a cross from Guida.
Guida misses with a hook.
Guida throws a series of punches but Brown avoids them all with ease.
Guida lands a two punch combo.
Guida misses with an uppercut. Brown saw that one coming.
Brown tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
Brown's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Guida connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Brown scrambles back to his feet.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Brown connects with an inside leg kick.
Guida swings wildly with a hook that is half blocked by Brown.
Guida defending well as Brown loads up on a big left hand.
Brown fails with a takedown attempt.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Tony Brown. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Guida takes a hook to the side of the head. I wonder if that's got his ears ringing.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Brown throws an off balance right hand
and Guida counters with a lovely straight right hand!
Tony Brown seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Brown tries to move into range but Guida moves to the side and lands with a nice right hand.
Brown is rocked!
Guida works the jab nicely.
Oh Brown is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Brown misses with a takedown
and Guida counters with a crisp right that sends Brown to the canvas! Guida follows up with punches from the mount and this one is all over!
