Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Erkki Rimppi (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Soz Sztrova (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Sztrova has chosen In Flames - Delight and Anger as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Soz Sztrova has the power to score a knockout today if he connects clean with Erkki Rimppi's chin.

Rimppi throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.

Sztrova takes a really solid shot there but just smiles back and shrugs his shoulders.
It looks like Soz Sztrova has been cut.
Rimppi throws out a loose jab but Sztrova uses good head movement to avoid it.
Rimppi ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent.
Rimppi fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Rimppi throws a jab but it's blocked by Sztrova.
The fighters circling - Rimppi throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
Rimppi displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Sztrova.

Rimppi throws a hook but Sztrova avoids it easily.
Sztrova looks for a takedown but Rimppi sprawls well.
Rimppi looks to be in better condition than last time we saw him fight. Obviously he's been working hard on his cardio.
Rimppi swings and misses with a hook to the body.

Rimppi throws a shot from downtown. Sztrova moves away and avoids it.
Sztrova darts in looking for a takedown but Rimppi gets double underhooks and turns Sztrova into the cage.
Rimppi blocks a punch to the side of the head.
Rimppi has had enough of the clinch and is looking to separate.
Rimppi prevents the takedown attempt.
Sztrova keeps control of Rimppi as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks.
Sztrova wants a takedown but no success here.
Rimppi is pressed up against the cage. Sztrova has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Rimppi down to the mat. Rimppi avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance.
Rimppi drops Sztrova with a straight left! Oh this is bad for Sztrova! Rimppi dives in and starts dropping bombs - the referee has no choice but to step in and save him!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:41 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Erkki Rimppi!
