Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Brock Lesnar (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Kimbo Slice (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 10 - 12 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Brock Lesnar!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 8 - 11 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Kimbo Slice!
The judges for this bout are George Francis, Frank Dennis and Stewart Dunkirk.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Slice clinches with his opponent.
Slice is trying to break free.
Slice misses with a body punch.
A shot in the inside from Lesnar.

Lesnar breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Lesnar looks to land a combination but Slice avoids it well.

Lesnar fakes a strike and closes the distance, dragging Slice to the ground. Lesnar is now in Slice's guard.
Slice doesn't do any damage with a couple of strikes from the bottom.
Slice trying to punch from his back but it's not doing any damage.
Lesnar postures up and scores with a shot to the body and a follow up elbow to the head.
Lesnar controlling from the guard. I say controlling but really, he's stalling.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Slice is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent.
Lesnar lands a couple of digs.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Slice working the defensive guard well to avoid strikes from Lesnar.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Lesnar stopping the sweep attempt from Slice.
Lesnar lands a couple of decent looking shots.
Slice really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Lesnar. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Slice keeping moving, preventing Lesnar from controlling successfully.

Lesnar stands up from guard. Let's bang!
Slice wants to clinch.
Slice lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Lesnar circles away quickly and effectively.

Lesnar closes the distance and scores a nice trip takedown into half guard. Slice did well to prevent Lesnar getting side control.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Slice trying to hold on to Lesnar's head to control him but Lesnar postures up.
Slice is trying to stand back up but Lesnar is controlling him
Lesnar looks to land a strike but Slice avoids it nicely and regains full guard.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Slice trying to control the position.
Lesnar working from the guard for now, landing some ground and pound.
Lesnar throwing strikes but missing.
Slice trying to control the position.
Lesnar wants to control from the top but Slice keeps moving.
We may be looking at a referee standup if the pace doesn't pick up soon.
Lesnar content to strike from guard, landing some decent shots.
Lesnar throws a strike but Slice rolls with it and manages to sweep. Now he's in guard on top.

Lesnar pushes Slice off for just long enough to get back to his feet. Very athletic spring there.

That's three minutes gone in the round.
Lesnar tries to bum rush Slice with a series of wild strikes but Slice uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Lesnar circles away from the clinch attempt

and Lesnar counters with a head kick that drops Slice to the mat! Slice scrambles across the canvas and gets back to his feet, still wobbly!
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Slice wants to clinch up but Lesnar keeps it at a distance.
Sloppy strikes from Lesnar. Those never looked like landing.
Slice lands a jab to the nose.
Slice fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Lesnar fails to land the takedown.
Slice showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Lesnar.
Slice moves in looking to clinch but Lesnar pushes him off.

That's four minutes gone in the round.
The fight stays on the outside here - Slice looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Slice closes this distance looking for a takedown but Lesnar circles away.

Slice gets caught napping as Lesnar dives in and scores a takedown. Slice manages to retain guard.
Lesnar throwing strikes but missing.
Lesnar stays in close to Slice's body and controls the position.
Slice is trying to control the position but Lesnar postures up.
Lesnar trying to control the position from guard on top but Slice is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
Lesnar passes Slice's right leg, so he's now in half guard.
Lesnar is thwarting Slice's attempts to control the position.
Lesnar lands with an elbow from half guard - that looked like it hurt.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Brock Lesnar dominated that round.
The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.



Lesnar gets the takedown into side control.
The strikes coming from Lesnar are missing the target in this wave of attacks.
Slice can't do much from the bottom here.
Lesnar wants to control but Slice is keeping him busy.
Lesnar working the body and head with strikes.
Lesnar working away diligently from side control. Landing strikes effectively there - that will score him some points on the judges scorecards.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Lesnar cracks Slice with an elbow. That is naaassty.
We've been hearing good reports from Lesnar's training camp. Apparently he has been rolling around with some good quality BJJ practitioners and has been sharpening his skills. Let's see if that has an impact on the fight today.
Slice is putting a lot of effort into getting back to his feet here.
Lesnar is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Slice can do to turn this around?
Slice wants to control but Lesnar postures up.

Lesnar stands up and we're back to a striking position.

Lesnar throws a perfectly timed hook that sends Slice crashing down! Slice tries to stagger back to his feet but Lesnar just hammers him until the ref stops the fight! A confused Slice asks the ref what just happened. Poor fella.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:07 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Brock Lesnar!
Our winner, Brock Lesnar, made sure he spent some time buttering up the crowd during his post fight interview, which will no doubt bring him a few more fans.
