Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Castiel Angel (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Dmitry Borschev (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Angel comes to the cage accompanied by Carry on my wayward son. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
14 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Castiel Angel!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
13 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Dmitry Borschev!
The judges for this bout are Steven Brown, James Ackerman and William Gold.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
An inside leg kick lands from Borschev.
Good leg kick by Borschev there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.
Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Borschev lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Angel has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Angel and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.
Angel looks shocked there as he takes a right hand to the temple.
Borschev misses the shot to the body.
Borschev slips a jab from Angel.
Borschev is looking to score with low kicks.
Angel falls off balance throwing a combination
and Borschev counters nicely by changing levels and landing a hook to the body.
Angel throws out a loose jab but Borschev uses good head movement to avoid it.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Borschev takes an uppercut right on the jaw but it doesn't phase him.
Angel throws a push kick but Borschev slaps the foot to one side.
Borschev walks into a jab.
Angel looks for the body kick but Borschev saw that one coming.
Angel thows a body shot but no joy.
Borschev misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Angel.
Borschev scores with a nice strike.
It looks like Castiel Angel has been cut.
We've been informed that Borschev has been sparring a lot of Muay Thai in the buildup to this fight so let's see if that has an impact on the result.

Angel keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Angel blocks the body kick.
A big right from Borschev misses.
Borschev doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body.
Borschev lands a head kick!
Borschev throws a low kick but it's checked well by Angel.
Angel uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Borschev.
Borschev will need to close the distance a bit before he attacks - that leg kick was thrown from too far away.
Borschev throws out a leg kick but Angel moves out of range and Borschev only half commits.
Angel checks a low kick from Borschev.
Angel gets his head snapped back by a nice shot there.
Angel throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Well, he's not going to score with shots like that. A lazy body kick attempt from Angel.

The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Borschev connects with a leg kick. He turned his hip over nicely there.
Angel scores with a leg kick.
Angel throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
Borschev throws a leg kick
and Angel counters with a nice double leg into guard.
We may be looking at a referee standup if the pace doesn't pick up soon.
Angel wants to control from the top but Borschev keeps moving.
Angel throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Borschev works some decent striking defense from the bottom.
Angel postures up.
Angel cracks Borschev with a solid left hand.
Angel works over Borschev with some ground and pound from guard.
Angel controlling from the top position.
Borschev tries to land a sweep but no joy.

Angel missing there with some ground and pound from the guard.
Borschev keeping moving, preventing Angel from controlling successfully.
Angel tries to free his leg and advance position but Borschev is retaining full guard.
Angel throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Borschev works some decent striking defense from the bottom.
Borschev preventing the ground and pound from doing any damage.
Angel throws an elbow that misses. Borschev uses the momentum to reverse the position. He's now in Angel's guard. Nice move by Borschev!
Borschev trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet.

Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up.
Angel looks to throw a body kick
and Borschev counters with a nice body kick.
Borschev lands a big head kick that sends Angel tumbling to the mat! Borschev takes a step backwards and waves Angel back to his feet - he wants the finish!
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Angel tries a head kick but it misses.
Borschev takes a body punch but keeps moving.
Borschev lands a head shot.
Angel is rocked!
Borschev cracks Angel with a left hook right on the temple and Angel goes down! He's out! Referee! Stop the fight! Borschev lands a few more punches before the dopey ref steps in - hopefully Angel is OK!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:31 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Dmitry Borschev!
During a confident post fight interview, Dmitry Borschev thanked all his fans. He seemed very genuine when describing how motivated his fans keep him.
