Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Sonny Doyle (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Devon Boshoff (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I don't know about you partner, but I'm pumped for this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Boshoff misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.

Boshoff tries to sprawl but Doyle drives through with a takedown into half guard.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Doyle wants to pass the guard but Boshoff is defending well.
Doyle is controlling the pace.
Boshoff is trying to control but Doyle passes into side control!

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.
Boshoff tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Doyle wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control.

Boshoff regains full guard, whilst avoiding punches from Doyle.

Doyle stands up from guard. Let's bang!
Boshoff throws a sloppy head kick and Doyle moves out of range easily.

Boshoff has had enough of the clinch and is looking to separate.
Boshoff is trying to force a seperation but Doyle has the dominant position.

Boshoff is looking to break free of the clinch but Doyle has double underhooks.

Doyle is on the wrong end of a nice combination from Boshoff.

Doyle wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Doyle breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Boshoff pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Boshoff moves in looking to clinch but Doyle pushes him off.
Boshoff wants to clinch up but Doyle keeps it at a distance.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Doyle is figuring out what he wants to do next.

Boshoff lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Doyle circles away quickly and effectively.
Doyle takes a head kick and shrugs it off.

Oh Doyle is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Boshoff tries to clinch up.
Doyle seems to have got his legs back now.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Boshoff lands a big head kick that sends Doyle to the canvas! Boshoff follows up with strikes from the mount that forces the ref to step in and stop the fight!
