Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Henderson Diaz (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Eric Lara (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Henderson Diaz is staring across the cage at his opponent, tweaking his nipples... Tweaking his own nipples that is.

The judges for this bout are Tiny Johnson, Gwen Towbar and George Francis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Diaz looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Lara is fending him off so far but Diaz persists. Nope, Lara circles away and we're back to standing.
Lara has been working on his striking defense in training and it's paying off as Diaz is landing a low percentage of strikes.
Lara throws a wild combination but nothing lands.

We've been hearing that Diaz has been drilling a lot of ground and pound in training, so let's see if he get the finish.
Lara manages to create a bit of space in order to work his way back to his feet. Diaz keeps hold of his opponent and drives him back against the cage.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Diaz has dropped down and is looking to force the takedown but it's defended by Lara after a bit of a struggle.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Diaz has gone for a leg lock! Lara slips out almost immediately though and dives into Diaz's guard.
Diaz manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Lara manages to get himself to full guard.

The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.
Diaz throws a hook but Lara avoids it easily.

Diaz tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Lara defends well and Diaz ends up having to push Lara into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch.

Well I reckon that's a shut out for Diaz, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
