Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Yoshi Yamaguchi (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Noah Bennet (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Bennet has chosen Unloco - Crashing as his entrance music. This should be fireworks!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 25 - 3 - 0, fighting out of London, Yoshi Yamaguchi!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 11 - 15 - 0, fighting out of New York, Noah Bennet!
The judges for this bout are Patrick Alders, Paul Aken and Paulsen Ambrosius.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bennet misses with a head kick.

Yamaguchi shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Bennet napping and manages to drive through into side control!
We may be looking at a referee standup if the pace doesn't pick up soon.

Yamaguchi tries for a kimura. Not really close to a finish though.
Yamaguchi tries to move into full mount but can't pass Bennet's legs.

Yamaguchi is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Bennet knows the correct defense though, so he's OK.

Yamaguchi goes for an armbar here - this could be all over! But no, Bennet has escaped beautifully and is now on top in side control! Oh, that's unlucky for Yamaguchi but great work by Bennet.

Yamaguchi is moving his hips around well on the bottom and has managed to get back to half guard.
Bennet thows a huge punch but Yamaguchi dodges it nicely.
Yamaguchi wants to improve his position but Bennet is controlling well.
The fighters are battling for position here. Yamaguchi manages to regain full guard. Nice work.
Yamaguchi has a closed guard, preventing Bennet from standing up.

Yamaguchi isolates an arm and boxes in a triangle. Bennet stacks Yamaguchi on his neck as he steps over and passes to the side. He's now in a much more dominant position where he can look to do some serious damage. Nice move by Bennet!
Yamaguchi is moving his hips around well on the bottom and has managed to get back to half guard.

Yamaguchi is looking for a sweep. Bennet is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.
Bennet missing with some ground and pound from the half guard.
Bennet wants to stand up but Yamaguchi has a hold of him and won't allow it.
Yamaguchi wants to get back to full guard.
Yamaguchi manages to get to full guard.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.

Yamaguchi is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Bennet is aware though and is defending well.

Yamaguchi looking for subs off his back but Bennet has passed one foot through into half guard.
Bennet not throwing his punches with enough precision this time.

The fighters are battling for position here. Yamaguchi manages to regain full guard. Nice work.

Yamaguchi is looking for a triangle here but Bennet uses the submission attempt to pass into side control.
Yamaguchi prevents Bennet from moving into mount.
Bennet wants to stand but Yamaguchi has his arm trapped.
Bennet fails to land a wild elbow strike.
Yamaguchi tries to slip a leg under to move to half guard but Bennet presses down on the leg and jumps into full mount!
The fighters are tangled up in the ropes here. We might need a restart if the fighters can't break free themselves.
A nice elbow there by Bennet.

BOOM! Bennet connects with a massive shot to the dome!

Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Yamaguchi is trying to escape the mount.
Bennet scoring with strikes but Yamaguchi is staying in there.
Bennet landing strikes from the mount.
Yamaguchi is looking to get to half guard.
Bennet tries to control but Yamaguchi wriggling away.
Yamaguchi avoids a series of strikes thrown by Bennet.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
Yamaguchi can't escape the position.
Yamaguchi sneaks a leg under to get to half guard.
Yamaguchi manages to get to full guard.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

A close round but Noah Bennet will probably get the nod.
The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.


Bennet misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Yamaguchi attempts a leg kick but it's missed by a good margin.
Noah Bennet seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Bennet slips under a jab from Yamaguchi.
Yoshi Yamaguchi is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.
Bennet steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Yamaguchi.
Yamaguchi fails to land with a series of punches.
Bennet throws a head kick that misses.
Bennet sizes up Yamaguchi with a pawing jab and scores with a straight right down the middle.
Yamaguchi throws a looping overhand right but Bennet ducks down to avoid it.
Bennet throws a sloppy head kick and Yamaguchi moves out of range easily.
Yamaguchi gets caught by a brutal right hook which buckles his knees! Yamaguchi tries to backpedal with his spaghettilegs but Bennet is headhunting and goes for the kill. A jab and a right hook connect and Yamaguchi buckles badly as his eyes roll back. The referee steps in and saves Yamaguchi!! Yamaguchi is complaining but he was clearly out on his feet. Bennet throws his mouthpiece into the crowd. Mmmm spit-tastic.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:45 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Noah Bennet!
Noah Bennet very nearly forgot to thank Hell's Kitchen Lab Corp (159.49 $75) amongst all the excitement of his win but just as the interview came to a close, he screamed their name. Hopefully he'll get a few nice freebies in the mail as a thank you.
