Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Valera Kamenskiy (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Alexander Smith (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kamenskiy drops his hands momentarily and Smith takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head.
A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Kamenskiy.
Smith throws out a token jab with nothing on it.
Smith keeps his opponent at a distance with a nice jab.

It looks like Valera Kamenskiy has been cut.

Smith drops Kamenskiy with a big left hand and mounts him. Kamenskiy is in big trouble!

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Kamenskiy working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Smith doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Smith manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.

Kamenskiy shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Smith napping and manages to drive through into side control!
Smith tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Kamenskiy wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control.

Kamenskiy has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.

Smith takes a big shot to the dome and his eyes have rolled back in his head! Kamenskiy's killer instinct has kicked in as he finishes the fight with more strikes. Impressive finish.
