The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Jay tries to land a front kick but Varys steps back. That was a bit too telegraphed.

Varys wants to slow Jay down by chopping away at his legs.
Varys tries to bum rush Jay with a series of wild strikes but Jay uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Jay lands with a kick to the ribs.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

The fighters circle, before Jay throws a beautiful high kick that crashes into Varys's neck, sending him stumbling to the floor! Jay lands more strikes and forces a referee stoppage! That one ended in an instant!
