Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Danny Power (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Sly Randolph (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Power comes to the cage accompanied by Dangerous. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 36 - 15 - 2, fighting out of Los Angeles, Danny Power!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 39 - 16 - 2, fighting out of Montreal, Sly Randolph!
The judges for this bout are James Ackerman, Chris Edwards and Daniel Bishop.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Power throws a nice outside leg kick.
A decent looking cross lands there for Randolph.
Randolph takes one to the side of the head.
Power thumps Randolph with a low kick.
Randolph has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout.
Power connects with a leg kick. He turned his hip over nicely there.
Power definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.
Randolph connects with a looping right hand.
Randolph bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Power's head backwards.
Power throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Randolph sees it coming and avoids it easily.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Power finds nothing but air with that leg kick attempt.
Power throws a low kick but it's checked well by Randolph.
Randolph throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Power.
Randolph cracks the inside of Power's front leg.

Randolph tries to work over Power's front leg with a kick but Power checks it.
Power doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body.
Power tries to land a front kick but Randolph steps back. That was a bit too telegraphed.
Power on the wrong end of a vicious looking body shot.

It looks like Danny Power has been cut.
Power misses with a looping left.
Oh Power is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Power has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from Power there as he acknowledges the shot.
A telegraphed right hand from Randolph misses the target.
Power seems to have got his legs back now.
Randolph cracks a nice hook into Power's ribs.
Sly Randolph seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Power looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
It looks like the ref is thinking about a standup.
Power working over Randolph with some ground and pound. Randolph looks like he wants out of this position, which is understandable.
Power throwing shots but Randolph is blocking nicely.
Randolph is refusing to be controlled, as Power sits in half guard.
Randolph is positioning himself well to prevent Power advancing to mount.

Randolph is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.
A head kick misses from Randolph.
Randolph with a nice looking leg kick. You could hear that one land in a back row.
Power takes a nice looking leg kick right on the meat of his thigh there.
Power takes a really solid shot there but just smiles back and shrugs his shoulders.
Power misses the shot to the body.

Randolph throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Randolph moves forwards but Power connects with a nice, crisp jab.
Randolph scores with a hook to the body. Power takes a step back and tries to catch his breath.
Power cracks Randolph with a nice right hand that draws applause from the crowd.
Randolph looking to throw a kick but he's pulled out of it.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Randolph looks to throw the jab but Power is out of range.
Randolph jabs Power right on the nose. Power blinks but takes it well.
Randolph throws a good cross that connects.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
Power lands a front kick.
Power lands a leg kick and bounces back out of range.
Power takes a shot right to the bread basket.

A close round but Sly Randolph will probably get the nod.

Power pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Power takes a shot to the body in his stride.
Power throws a shot from downtown. Randolph moves away and avoids it.
Randolph lands a powerful looking uppercut that connected with his opponent's jaw.
Power fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Randolph manages to avoid it.
Power fails with the takedown.
Randolph is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Power.
Randolph works the jab nicely.
Randolph connects with a looping right hand.

Randolph uses good footwork to get in and out, landing a nice hook.
Randolph misses with an uppercut.
Randolph takes one on the chin but keeps coming.
Randolph displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Power throws out the jab.
Randolph goes for a spinning back kick but it misses.
Sly Randolph seems to be getting the better of the standup.
A looping hook to the body misses from Randolph. Power does a little dance to reset his feet.
Power fakes a head shot and lands one to the body.
Randolph moves away from the strike by Power.

Power displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Randolph throws out the jab.

Randolph tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Power was well out of range. Poor timing from Randolph.
Power needs to keep his hands up - Randolph had a free shot at his head there.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Power throws out a loose jab but Randolph uses good head movement to avoid it.
Randolph uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before Power has time to react.

Randolph fakes a head shot and lands one to the body.
Randolph rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Power moves out of range and avoids them all easily.

Randolph throws a hook to the side of Power's head but Power sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.

Power throws a solid leg kick but Randolph takes the impact on his shin and smiles at Power.
Sloppy strikes from Power. Those never looked like landing.
Randolph connects with a body shot that sends Power's belly button to the back.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Randolph feints with a jab and clips Power right behind the ear with a massive overhand right! Power is sent crashing into the canvas and Randolph leaps in for the kill! Power tries to get to his feet but Randolph is just battering him from every conceivable angle. The ref decides that Power is in need of a savior and steps in!
