Ramirez has chosen Boy Dance Party- Bruce Willis SNL as his entrance music. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 12 - 11 - 1, fighting out of Amsterdam, Frank James!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 20 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Javier Ramirez!
The judges for this bout are Radbod Blank, Patrick Alders and Nard Betker.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ramirez is looking to slow James down with leg kicks.
James avoids a kick to the body.
James misses with a body shot.
Ramirez tries to close the distance and clinch up but James swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Ramirez takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness.
Horrible takedown by James or perhaps it was just good defense by Ramirez which made him look bad.
James feints a jab promting Ramirez to slip. James then demonstrates his capabilities by jabbing again. Ramirez slips again and ducks right into an uppercut.
Ramirez throws a combination that misses
letting James counter with a right hand.
James misses with a few strikes there.
Ramirez moves in looking to clinch but James pushes him off.
Javier Ramirez seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
That kick from James tenderised Ramirez's leg. Ramirez is trying to keep his angry face on.
Ramirez digs a good body shot into James's ribs.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
James thows a leg kick but Ramirez checks it
and Ramirez counters with a nice leg kick.
James shoots in looking for a takedown but Ramirez manages to keep the fight standing, pushing James's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.
Ramirez is looking to take this fight into the clinch.
James really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
Ramirez lands a nice shot that snaps James's head back.

A left and a right from Ramirez both land. Nice combination.
Ramirez tries to clinch up.
James looks to land a left hand but Ramirez moved out of range nicely.
James swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
A nice inside leg kick there by Ramirez. That's going to slow James down.
Ramirez turns his hip over beautifully as he lands a nice leg kick.
Ramirez throws a poor cross that misses
and James cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
James stalks Ramirez and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Ramirez's face. Ramirez staggers backwards, shaken.
James throws a sloppy head kick and Ramirez moves out of range easily.
Ramirez throws a head kick but James moves out of range.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
James throws a head kick that misses.
James shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Ramirez as he avoids it easily.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Frank James. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Ramirez throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Ramirez pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Ramirez misses with a straight right.
Ramirez shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it.

James looks to score with a jab to the body but Ramirez is just out of range.
Ramirez gets off balance looking for a body kick
and James counters with a nice uppercut.

Ramirez gets to the clinch - let's see what his plan is here.
Ramirez lands with a left to the head.
Ramirez digs a right hand underneath James's ribcage. James let out a lung full of air as it connected.

Ramirez gets a nice trip takedown into half guard.

Ramirez wants to stand up but James is controlling the position.

James looking for submissions from an awkward position here.

James looking to work for a kimura from the bottom.

Ramirez wants to stand but James has hold of a leg and an arm, so he's trapped for now.
James manages to get to full guard.

James looking for a guillotine here but Ramirez defends easily.
James seems to have improved his submission grappling technique since last time we saw him. Let's see if he can pull off a submission.

James working for a triangle but Ramirez defends it easily.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.
James had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Ramirez defends it easily.

James has a closed guard, preventing Ramirez from standing up.

James has his feet on Ramirez's thighs here. He's pushed Ramirez off and worked for a very quick armbar from the bottom! He's flipped onto his stomach and he's cranking hard on the arm! Ramirez screams in pain and taps out! This one is all over!
